Glorious Accra Hearts of Oak have completed the signing of defender Liventius Attur from Tamale City FC ahead of the new season.
The left back, has signed a two-year deal with the Phobians, and will join the team at the start of the preseason program.
The 21-year old, was a key figure for Tamale City last season, despite being relegated at the end of the campaign.
He played 30 games in all competitions for Tamale City last season, as they desperately fought to retain their top-flight status on their debut campaign.
Chieftains at the capital club, will hope the former Ebusua Dwarfs player, becomes an influential figure during his stay in Accra as they build for next season.
Hearts of Oak will look to bounce back in style next season after escaping relegation by the skin of their teeth on the final day of last season.
