Asante Kotoko midfielder Mudasiru Salifu has earned a permanent move to Al-Bukiryah FC of Saudi Arabia.
Salifu, leaves the Porcupines after a four seasons at the club.
He joined Kotoko in 2019, and played a pivotal in helping the Garden Club win the 2021-2022 Ghana Premier League title.
His performances for the club, earned him a place in Ghana’s locally based national team, and he also enjoyed a successful loan spell at Moldovan club FC Sheriff Tiraspol, helping them secure a group stage berth in the UEFA Europa League.
He later joined Saudi Arabian club Al-Batin in another loan spell in the second half of last season in the Saudi Pro-League.
Salifu, will look to build on this new development in his career in the coming season in Saudi Arabia.
Asante Kotoko SC, has issued a statement, thanking Salifu for his contributions at the club during his four years stay.
