The second National Invitational Students Athletics Championship (NiSAC), is set to come off later this month in Accra.
It has been scheduled to come off between February 24-28 with the event opened to all student athletes in Ghana.
The event is being staged by the Ghana Athletics Federation and Citi TV, with Support from Ghana Gas Company.
It would be staged at the University of Ghana, Legon Sports Stadium, Legon with each day event scheduled between 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
Two Thousand athletes from 50 Second Cycle institutions across the country are invited to participate in this event aimed at reviving interest in Ghana athletics.
It is also aimed at unearthing talents for the nation and horn them to international standards within the shortest possible time.
The first edition of the event was held in Kumasi last April at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium, and was hugely successful.
This year’s edition is expected to be electrifying filled with some thrilling competitions and outstanding performances.
