Ghana Premier League record champions Asante Kotoko Sporting Club has arrived in Dormaa ahead of their Ghana Premier League week 22 fixture on Sunday March 17, 2024 at the Nana Agyemang Badu I park.
The first leg of the match ended 1-0 in favor of Asante Kotoko Sporting Club courtesy Kalo Ouattara’s lone goal at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium in Kumasi.
Following the humiliating home lost to Accra Lions Football Club in midweek, Coach Prosper Narteh Ogum made two changes to the squad that made the Accra Lions game. Right back Emmanuel Nii Quaye Kotei has been taken out and his place is been taken by Augustine Agyapong who is yet to feature for Asante Kotoko Sporting Club in the second round. Also, Nicholas Osei Bonsu came in to replace Nurudeen Mohammed Yusif.
