Accra Hearts of Oak Sporting Club PLC has announced the postponement of its 6th Annual General Meeting (AGM), originally scheduled for Thursday, 28th March 2024. The event will now take place on Thursday, 4th April 2024 at 9:00 AM. The venue for the AGM remains unchanged, set to be held at the Civil Service Auditorium-Ministries in Accra.
The decision to postpone the AGM stems from circumstances beyond the control of the club management. Despite the setback, the newly reconstituted Board of Accra Hearts of Oak SC PLC, comprising esteemed members such as Togbe Afede XIV, Delali Anku-Adiamah, Prof. Agyemang Badu Akosa, and others, eagerly anticipates presenting their appointments to shareholders for approval during the rescheduled AGM.
However Management rendered an apology for any inconvenience caused by the postponement. The club reassured shareholders and stakeholders of its commitment to transparency and accountability, promising a productive and informative AGM on the revised date. club statement says.
