The Phobians, are hoping to get it right next season after struggling to avoid relegation in the last campaign.
And in a bid to hit the ground running next season, Coach Abubakar Ouattara is been aided in the pursuit of his targets.
The capital club announced five new players on Monday, a day before they depart Accra to conclude their pre-season preparations.
Exciting talent, Ramzy Yussif has joined Hearts from Division One League (DOL), side New Edubiase United FC on a three year deal.
Also coming in is striker Mawuli Wayo who joins the Phobia family from fellow top-flight side Bibiani Gold Stars on another three-year deal.
Another fine talent, Hussein Mohammad joins the former CAF Champions League winners from another DOL side Debibi United.
Defender Yahaya Draman, has signed a two-year deal, joining from Gold Stars with striker Kwabena Boateng
joining as a free agent having previously played for Legon Cities.
Coach Ouattara and his charges will round off their preparations for next season in Togo, before heading back to Accra for the start of the 2024/25 Ghana football season.
Accra Hearts of Oak will open their campaign in the Ghana Premier League with a home game against newly promoted Basake Holy Stars at the Accra Sports Stadium on September 8, 2024.
