Asante Kotoko Sporting Club will play their first home game of the Ghana Premier League 2024-25 season against the newly promoted Young Apostles Football Club at the Len Clay stadium in Obuasi later this afternoon.
Due to ongoing maintenance, the game will not be played at Asante Kotoko’s favorite Baba Yara Sports Stadium in Kumasi. Asante Kotoko Sporting Club started their 2024-25 Ghana Premier campaign with a vital 0-1 away win over Karela United in Tamale.
Coach Dr. Prosper Narteh Ogum made no change to the team that picked up all three points against Karela United. Guinean goalkeeper Mohammed Camara started the game. Frederick Asare was with the national team and was out of the team in the first game.
