The 2024/25 Ashanti Regional Second Division League starts on October 26, the regional body has confirmed.
Participating clubs have been put in seven groups with the games expected to be played at selected match centers for each group.
Notable teams competing in next season’s campaign are former Elite Division campaigners Kumasi Cornerstones who are in Group One alongside KHARIS Academy and Asokwa Deportivo.
In Group Two are, sensational MidCity FC, who missed qualification to the second tier league by a whisker last season.
The Lions, are joined by Zone Two by Pro Players FC, Mahala Academy, Dabo Soccer Academy and five other clubs in the group.
Fast Track and NAMORO Academy are in Zone Three together with seven other clubs with First Klass and Kumawuman FC in Zone Four with seven other clubs.
The nine teams in Zone Five, includes Ashanti Lynx and Ebony FC with Jachie United and Adansi United and others in Zone Six.
Zone Seven teams includes Benab FC, Thunderbolt, Top Care FC and Lake City FC in a strong 10 team contest.
Zones One and Two, will have their games at the Prempeh College football field; Zone Three will play at the Bantama Astro Turf with Zone Four at the WESCO Park.
The Atonsu Astro Turf, will host Zone Five matches, with Zone Six games at the Bekwai Gyamfi Park whilst the Alignment Astro Turf, hosts the Zone Seven teams.
Winners in each zone after the league contest, will qualify for the regional middle league from where, they will fight for a place in the national Division One League.
