MidCity FC are unbeaten after five matches in the Ashanti Regional Second Division League and, they lead Zone Two going into this weekend’s round of matches.
The Lions, have four wins and a draw in the five matches they have played and, they will look to keep that record going this weekend.
They play fourth placed Excel SC on Sunday in their next league fixture as they seek to maintain top spot in Zone Two.
The game will be played at the Prempeh College football field with this Matchday Seven fixture scheduled to start at 1:00 PM local time in Kumasi.
The Lions, are expected to win this game to add to their points tally as they lead the zone with 13 points, three better than second placed Mahala Academy.
The academy lads, will play sixth placed Kumasi Academicals also on Sunday at the same venue with the game scheduled to start at 11:00 AM.
Kumasi AIK FC are third with 10 points, and they will play fifth placed Pro Players Academy at 9:00 AM.
The other game in the zone will see Dabo Soccer Academy facing Step FC at 3:00 PM with Bantama Lions drawing a bye this weekend.
