Accra Hearts of Oak defender Michael Ampadu said they will give it their all in an attempt to win the three points against Heart of Lions on Friday.
The Phobians, will welcome Lions to the University of Ghana Stadium, Legon in a Ghana Premier League (GPL) Matchday 19 fixture.
And, Ampadu insists his side are determined to collect the three points as Lions visit the capital.
“We’re ready to give it everything we’ve got this Friday,” the defender told the club’s media.
He added: “Our fans are counting on us, and we can’t wait to get out there!’.
Michael Ampadu, has returned to the first team squad after falling out with head Coach Aboubakar Ouattara at the beginning of the season.
He played his first game in a long while against Basake Holy Stars as the Phobians drew goalless at the AAK Sports Arena, Ampian last Sunday with the GPL debutants.
The defender will hope to be in the squad for the visit of Lions on Friday in the Ghanaian capital.
Hearts of Oak, will be looking for revenge against the visitors after Lions defeated them 2-0 in the first round of this competition at Kpando.
The Phobians, are unbeaten in the league in their last five matches, and they will fancy their chances of winning this fixture in front of their home fans.
A win on Friday, will move them one point behind leaders Asante Kotoko with the rest of the weekend’s games to be played on Sunday.
