Ghana Premier League (GPL) team Nsoatreman FC remains unbeaten at home this season and they are determined to maintain that streak on Sunday.
The Goal Apostles will welcome leaders Asante Kotoko to the Nana Kronamansah Park, Nsoatre as the GPL continues with the Matchday 19 matches this weekend.
In the nine home games they have played this season, Nsoatreman FC has secured four victories and five draws, solidifying their reputation as one of the toughest teams in the GPL in front of their supporters.
While hosting Asante Kotoko on Sunday, they will strive to uphold that impressive record and seek revenge against the Porcupines, who defeated them at Obuasi in the first half of this season.
A victory on Sunday against the record Ghana champions will increase their points to 21 as they aim to climb from their current 14th position on the table.
The Bono-based team could finish the weekend in 11th place if they defeat Asante Kotoko at home and other results work in their favor.
However, they will go up against a Kotoko team that is in fine form, having remained unbeaten in their last seven matches in the competition.
Defeating the Porcupines on Sunday will be a tough challenge for Nsoatreman FC, but they will be inspired by the fact that they have never been beaten at home by the Garden City club since their arrival in the Ghanaian top-tier.
