Former Dreams defender Maxwell Arthur has joined betPawa Premier League side Karela United on a two-year deal.
Arthur, joins as a free agent after ending his stay at the home of the FA Cup winners.
He will be a valuable addition to the Karela United side for the upcoming season as they look to impress.
The defender helped Dreams FC win the MTN FA Cup competition last season after beating King Faisal FC in the grand finale.
His contract with Dreams FC, ended at the end of the last campaign, and he didn’t renew.
Arthur, joins the Karela United side as they prepare for the start of the 2023/24 football season.
The club is putting finishing touches to their preparations, hoping to improve on their bottom half finish last season.
Karela United survived relegation on the last day of the last campaign, and they will hope to avoid a similar faith next season.
They will open their account in the betPawa Premier League with an away encounter against Legon Cities when the season kicks off in two weeks.
