In a recent interview with Onua TV and Onua FM, former Ghana Football Association President and Ejisu constituency aspiring candidate, Kwesi Nyantakyi, expressed his confidence in the newly appointed head coach for the Black Stars of Ghana, Otto Addo.
Nyantakyi commended Addo’s experience both as a player and in various coaching roles within the national team setup. “If we support him, he can do it,” Nyantakyi emphasized, highlighting Addo’s involvement with the Black Stars over the years. “Otto Addo has played for the Black Stars. He was part of the 2006 World Cup, and in 2014, he came as a scout for the team. In 2022, he was the coach, and this time too, the coach,” Nyantakyi stated.
With Addo’s extensive background in Ghanaian football, including his stints as a player and his transition into coaching, Nyantakyi believes that with the right support, Addo can lead the Black Stars to success. “I think if we support him, he can do wonders,” Nyantakyi added, echoing the sentiment that Addo’s appointment presents a promising opportunity for the national team.
