Two matches will be played on Sunday in the Ghana Premier League as the competition enters Matchday 11 (M11), this weekend.
The games will be in Accra and Nsoatre with both live on television kicking off at 3:00 PM local time.
Accra Lions v Heart of Lions
Accra Lions will welcome Heart of Lions to the capital with the game taking place at the University of Ghana Stadium, Legon.
Accra Lions are in the bottom three on the table with eight points, and need to gather momentum to climb up the stairs.
A win in this fixture, will take them to 11 points and could be out of the relegation zone if results elsewhere favours them this weekend.
Heart of Lions, have 17 points and in fourth position from the 10 matches they have played.
They could top the table after this weekend’s round of matches if they win and those above them, drop points.
Nsoatreman FC v Aduana FC
Aduana FC will make the short trip from Dormaa-Ahenkro to Nsoatre to face local side Nsoatreman FC at the Nana Kronamansah Park.
The visitors, are 11th on the table with the same number of points after a tough start to the season.
A win will take they tally to 14, and they could finish the weekend in eighth position with a win over the home side.
Nsoatreman FC are in 13th position with 11 points, and they could also finish eighth with a win after the M11 games this weekend.
The rest of the competition will continue on Sunday with seven matches scheduled to come off to close the M11 fixtures.
