Ghana champions Medeama SC will begin their preseason training on Tuesday, the club has confirmed.
The program chanced upon by totalsportsghana.com, revealed that the players will start reporting at Tarkwa today (Monday), ahead of the preseason program.
Preseason training will commence at the Akoon Community Park where Medeama SC, play their home games.
Coach Augustine Evans Adotey and his technical team members, will look to put the players in good shape for next season which will be very demanding for the club.
The Yellow and Mauves will look to defend the betPawa Premier League title they won last season as well as compete in the FA Cup competition.
Medeama SC will also represent Ghana in the CAF Champions League next season where the club will look to do well in the competition.
Chieftains at the club are hoping to negotiate a very successful campaign next season after defying all odds to win a first ever Ghanaian top-flight title last season.
The campaign in Africa is of most importance to the Tarkwa-based club, and already Medeama SC have put in place sub committees to prosecute the project.
The are hoping to at least make it to the group stage of the CAF Champions League and build on that.
