Champion club Medeama SC has opened trials for new players as they look to add to their squad for next season.
Players are supposed to report at the Club House, Tarkwa today (Monday) for the program which starts on Tuesday.
The technical team of Medeama SC headed by Augustine Evans Adotey will take the trialists through some rigorous sessions during this period hoping to identify players for key positions.
Players who will excel, will then be offered contracts by the current Ghana champions who won the betPawa Premier League last season.
A test game for the trialists against a yet to be named opponent, will be played at the Akoon Community Park, Tarkwa on Thursday morning after which a final selection will be made.
Medeama SC will compete in three competitions next season. They will look to defend the league title as well as seek to win the FA Cup competition.
The Tarkwa-based club will also represent Ghana in the CAF Champions League competition next season.
