WBO Africa Lightweight champion, Sheriff Quaye retained his strap at the weekend after beating Bright Ayala in Accra.
An eighth round TKO at the Golden Beach Resort, handed Quaye the second defence of the title in a bout he dominated.
There were 15 bouts on Saturday night in this package put together by Swavy Blu Promotions.
Sheriff Quaye, ranked 15th by the WBO said he was happy to win and will work hard to get into the top 10 as he aims for the world title.
On the undercards, Emmanuel Quartey defeated Bernard Adzewoda in a Super Lightweight contest, with Marvelous Moses Adjei Selvi winning against Sampson Quaye in a Super Bantamweight fray.
Sheriff Quaye will now look to build on this performance as he looks to take his career to greater heights as one of the hot prospects in Ghana boxing.
