Newly promoted betPawa Premier League side Bofoakwa Tano have appointed former Ghana international Frimpong Manso as head coach.
The Hunters have confirmed the appointment of the former defender ahead of the start of the 2023-24 season.
Bofoakwa Tano were promoted to the Ghanaian top-flight after winning the National Division One League (DOL) Zone One playoff last season.
Coach Frimpong Manso, is vastly experienced on the Ghanaian scene having handled among others Asante Kotoko, a side he once played for and won many accolades as a player.
He will be expected to guide Bofoakwa Tano to success next season with their prime aim being to retain their top-flight status at the end of the campaign.
Chieftains at the club, are hoping to bring joy and success to the Sunyani Coronation Park, and coach Manso wis expected to lead that charge having signed for the Hunters.
The club will begin their preseason schedule soon ahead of what will be a challenging campaign if they are to make good on their promise of staying up for another season at least.
They fixtures for the new season is scheduled to be released later this month with the league expected to start in September.
