Helmsman of Ghana Premier League side Abubakari Mumuni Sokpari has left his role at the club with immediate effect.
Coach Sokpari, tended in his resignation yesterday (Monday) in a letter addressed to the board of the club and copied to the media.
He gave no reasons for his action, however wishing the club all the best going forward.
“I sincerely apologize for any inconveniences this sudden news may cause,” he wrote in his letter.
Coach Sokpari, guided Nsoatreman FC to safety last season on their debut campaign in the betPawa Premier League.
Totalsportsghana.com had earlier reported that former Ghana international Maxwell Konadu is being linked with the coaching role at the Nsoatre-based club with contract details already presented to the former Black Stars assistant coach.
Chieftains at the club are hoping to improve on their performance next season, after escaping relegation by a whisker last season.
They are looking to assemble a strong technical team that will guide the team next season as they look to challenge for honours starting next season.
