Gael Aholou, opened the scoring for Dreams FC, but the home side got the equalizer in the second session as they avoided defeat in this fixture.
With this result, Dreams FC will look to press home this advantage in the return encounter next week as they seek to get to the next stage of the competition.
That game will be played at the Accra Sports Stadium, where Dreams FC will look to qualify to the next stage of the campaign.
They will be huge favourites to qualify after earning this crucial away draw in Guinea.
