Kaysports Limited, sponsored the Ghana national men’s deaf football team the Black Wonders with sponsorship worth GH¢30,000.00 as they participate in the 4th World Championships in Malaysia.
The tournament, started on September 23, and is expected to end on October 7, 2023 in the Asian country.The sponsorship from Kaysports Limited, includes two sets of jerseys (22) each for the players as well as six jerseys for the technical team members as they represent Ghana in Malaysia.
Kaysports Limited, is using their CSR to help disability sports in Ghana, and this sponsorship of the national men’s deaf football team, falls in this direction.
The Black Wonders, were faced with some challenges including logistics before they embarked on the trip to Malaysia for the tournament, and the sponsorship from Kaysports Limited, came in handy.
CEO of Kaysports Limited, Kwame Owusu-Ameyaw, said his outfit is opened and willing to do more for the development of disability sports in Ghana, adding that their doors are opened in this direction.
Kaysports Limited he added, will continue to explore areas it can be if assistance in the development of sports in Ghana including talent development.
