The Yellow and Mauves managed a comeback to be Algerian side, CR Belouizdad at the Baba Yara Stadium in Kumasi last week, having lost to Al Ahly in Egypt fortnight ago by 3:0.
Medeama are current 3rd on the group standing, behind leaders, Al Ahly who have accrued 4 points out of 6, CR Belouizdad, 3 points as Medeama but with superior goals difference; whereas the Tanzania club, who will be tripping to Kumasi rests bottom with a point.
