Chief Executive Officer of Kaysports Limited Kwame Owusu-Ameyaw has tasked the nation to invest in our own coaches to improve our football.
He further added that, after this investment, we should bond them for 10 years for them to impact the knowledge they have acquired in developing talents.
The coaches should be tasked to work in the country.
Mr Owusu-Ameyaw, said this is the surest way to bring back the good fortunes of Ghana football as the nation seeks to catch up with the rest of the continent.
Investing in our local coaches, will eventually lead the the appointment of Ghanaians to coach our national teams.
“We need to get our own coaches to be coaching our national teams since they know the country better.”
