Prosper Nartey Ogum has returned to the helm as head coach, and the former Ghana league winner, will take the players through their paces.
The record Ghana champions will look to get themselves ready for the start of the new season as they put behind them their failure in the last campaign.
Coach Ogum who guided Kotoko to the league title two seasons ago, has returned to the side, and he will be eager to prove a point after falling out with the previous management.
A new IMC is in place, and they have handed Coach Ogum the mandate to fully be in charge.
The Garden City club will take the early step towards next season from Monday, with the club expected to take their training outside Kumasi for a final brush up before they play their first league game of the season.
That will be a home encounter against newly promoted betPawa Premier League side Heart of Lions at the Baba Yara Stadium, Kumasi in mid September.
