National Division One League (DOL) side Akatsi All Stars have announced the appointment of Gideon Nunoo as their new head coach ahead of the 2023/24 football season.
The DOL Zone Three side, took to their media channels in announcing the news as they seek to make an impact next season.
Coach Nunoo, joins All Stars from Berekum Arsenal FC where he was in charge last season.
He will look to guide All Stars to the betPawa Premier League next season in a zone that is very competitive.
Coach Nunoo, has handled Young Apostles FC in the past, leading them to the quarter finals of the MTN FA Cup a couple of seasons ago.
He also qualifed Bekwai Youth Football Academy (now Nations FC) to the DOL when they were in Division Two in the Ashanti region.
Coach Nunoo, has also handled for Elite Division campaigners New Edubiase United FC and Nungua Warriors Danbort Football Club.
The DOL competition, starts in October with 16 clubs seeking to get the sole ticket to the topflight of Ghana football next season.
