Spots are open for the 2023 Bankers football gala competition coming up next month according to the organizers.
The event is set to come off on October 21 with the one-day competition set to be held at the La McDan Astro Turf in Accra.
Alima Issah, CEO of the organizers, said their doors are open to all financial institutions willing to take part in this upcoming contest.
This comes in the wake of the successful organization of the 2023 Bankers Football League which ended last month in the capital.
That event, was won by the National Investment Bank (NIB) as they dominated seven other financial institutions to win the competition for the third time.
Chieftains at NIB, will look to add the upcoming gala competition to their trophy cabinet as the event comes up next month.
They are expected to be given a showdown for the trophy by the likes of CBG, Cal Bank, Bank of Ghana, Bank of Ghana, Access Bank and the Ghana Commercial Bank among others for the trophy.
The organizers are hoping to put up an eye-catching event in October, which will serve as a prelude of what is to come in the 2024 Bankers Football League in Ghana.
