Ghanaian boxer Isaac Braimah Kamoko also known as ‘Bukon Banku’, has announced his retirement from the sport.
Banku, last fought in September 2019, when he defeated Rojhat Bilgetekin of Germany via a third round TKO at St George Hall, Bradford in the United Kingdom.
The light heavyweight, has not fought since then, after having some issues with the Ghana Boxing Federation.
During his career, he was a bronze medalist in the heavyweight division at the 1999 African Games in Johannesburg, South Africa.
Also, the 43-year old, claimed the WBO Africa Light Heavyweight title in 2011, and the Africa Cruiserweight strap in 2012.
Bukom Banku, had 30 Bouts with 29 Wins, 21 KOs and one Loss.
His only loss, was against Bastie Samir at the Bukom Boxing Arena in Accra in October 2017 when he suffered a seventh round TKO defeat.
