Medeama SC midfielder Godknows Dzakpasu is feeling optimistic about the chances of his side collecting the three points in their game against Basake Holy Stars.
The Yellow and Mauves, will trek to be Crossby Awuah Memorial (CAM) Park, Aiyinase on Sunday to face the debutants in a Ghana Premier League (GPL), Matchday Four fixture.
Dzakpasu, who has been a main stay in the Medeama SC midfield since joining the club last season, insists they are poised for the win in this Western regional derby.
“Confidence in our camp is high, and we go into this game with high hopes of getting the three points,” Dzakpasu told the local media.
Medeama SC, are unbeaten in the two games they have played, winning both and with a game in hand.
This, Dzakpasu said, will inspire them to go all out on Sunday, as they seek to maintain their unbeaten start with another win.
Holy Stars, have won one, drawn one and lost the other in their three games, but are unbeaten at home.
Beating them for the first time in front of their home fans, is what Medeama SC will be going for, according to Dzakpasu to preserve their unbeaten start as they aim for a second GPL title in three years.
