Ghana international Alexander Djiku has joined Turkish giants Fenerbache on a three-year deal, the club has announced.
Djiku, joins the 19 times Turkish champions from French Ligue 1 side Strasbourg where he made 117 appearances between 2019 and 2023 scoring three goals.
The defender, 28, will hope to improve at Fenerbache where he will play under manager Ismail Kartal as they compete on all fronts next season.
Fenerbache, finished second behind Galatasaray in the Turkish Super League last season, and will want to get back to title winning form in the next campaign.
The club has brought in Brazilian Gustavo Henrique from Flamingo, a defender, goalkeeper Irfan Can from Goztepe, striker Edin Dzeko from Inter Milan and Ryan Kent from Rangers to strengthen the squad.
Djiku, has won 20 caps for Ghana and has scored one goal since debuting for the Black Stars in 2020.
