Ghana Premier League side Bibiani Gold Stars have signed goalkeeper Yaw Osei on a free transfer after he ended his stay at Real Tamale United, (RTU).
The shoot stopper, has signed a permanent deal with the Miners after his contract with the Tamale-based side ended at the end of last season.
Osei, played a pivotal role in helping RTU stay up last season, and he will look to build on this performance at his new club.
Bibiani Gold Stars, finished fifth in the betPawa Premier League last season, as they missed out on a top four finish by four points from fourth placed Asante Kotoko.
This was their best performance since joining the Ghanaian Elite Division two season’s ago.
The Bibiani-based side, will look to build on this next season as they have ambitions of winning the title.
Osei, has completed his medicals at Gold Stars, and an official announcement from the club, would be made soon to confirm the deal.
He has signed a two year deal with the club, and he will provide ample competition in between the sticks at Gold Stars next season.
