Zone Five winners MidCity FC have been drawn in Group B for the Ashanti Regional Second Division Middle League as they seek promotion.
The Lions, who dominated the league in their zone, have been paired with Longford SC (Zone Four), Ashanti Lynx (Zone Seven) and Jachie United (Zone Eight), for the promotional tournament.
MidCity FC, will look to translate their dominance of the zonal league into this incoming contest as they seek qualification to the National Division One League.
The promotional tournament, will come off at the Baba Yara Stadium, Kumasi between May 6-13, where there is one slot at stake to the second tier league.
Drawn in Group A are, Fast Track FC (Zone One), Benab FC from Zone Six, Sasaani Panin (Zone Three) and Galaxy United from Zone Two.
The promotional tournament will be played on a round-robin basis at the group stage with the top two in each group, advancing to the semifinals where first will meet second in that order.
The victors from those two matches, will then compete for the right to play in the National Division One League next season.
