After a disappointing 2-0 loss to Legon Cities in matchday 27 of the Ghana Premier League at the Dawu Theater of Dreams, Hearts of Oak’s coach, Abubakar Outtarra, faced the music with some of the club’s supporters. Admitting the limitations of his current squad, Outtarra candidly addressed the fans, stating, “Materials not good enough to win all games.”
