I Am Not a Hypocrite – Abdulai Gazale Defends His Post-Match Allegations Against GFA

Former Asante Kotoko coach Abdulai Gazale has strongly defended his recent post-match allegations against the Ghana Football Association (GFA), insisting that he is not a hypocrite as some have claimed.

In an exclusive interview with Kumasi-based Fox FM, Gazale clarified that his remarks were not intended to undermine Asante Kotoko Sporting Club, a team he deeply respects and appreciates for the opportunities they have given him.

"I am not a hypocrite, as people are saying. Asante Kotoko has done a lot for me, and I will always be grateful to them. But that does not mean I cannot speak out when I feel something is wrong," Gazale stated.

He further disclosed that he has officially responded to the charges brought against him by the GFA, submitting evidence to support his claims.

"I have responded to the GFA charges with my evidence, and I stand by my words. I believe in fairness and integrity in football, and that is what I fight for," he added.

Gazale's comments came after he made post-match statements that led to disciplinary action from the GFA, sparking controversy among football fans and stakeholders.
