Sensational MidCity FC will face Galaxy FC for a place in the National Division One League next season.
The two Ashanti Regional Football Association (ARFA), Second Division sides, emerged winners in their respective zones during the Middle League tournament.
MidCity FC won Group B, beating off competition from Longford SC, Ashanti Lynx and Jachie United in a keenly contested affair.
The Lions, beat Jachie United in a play-off contest on Monday 4-3 on penalties after their 90 minutes encounter ended goalless at the Baba Yara Stadium, Kumasi.
The two sides were logged on seven points each after the group phase round-robin competition, and had to be separated by the play-off contest.
On their part, Galaxy FC topped Group A with five points ahead of Fast Track FC, Benab FC and Sasaani Panin.
The two sides will square off later this week for a place in the DOL next season to feature in Zone Two from the Ashanti region.
