Aduana Football Club claimed a comfortable 2-0 victory over Dreams FC at the Nana Agyemang Badu I Stadium in Dormaa, continuing their strong start to the Ghana Premier League season.
After an evenly contested first half that saw both teams struggle to break the deadlock, Aduana came out firing in the second half. Just one minute after the restart, Emmanuel Marfo opened the scoring for the home side with a well-taken goal in the 46th minute, giving Aduana the advantage.
Dreams FC tried to push forward in search of an equalizer but struggled to create clear-cut chances against Aduana’s organized defense. As the game wore on, the home team took control of the midfield, limiting Dreams FC’s attacking threat.
In the 84th minute, Aduana sealed the win when Abubakar Adams scored their second goal, capitalizing on a defensive error to put the game beyond Dreams FC’s reach. With that, Aduana comfortably secured all three points in front of their home fans.
The result leaves Dreams FC searching for answers after a tough defeat, while Aduana FC continues to assert their dominance at home.
