Ghanaian tactician Prince George Koffie has been appointed coach of Namibian giants African Stars ahead of the 2023-24 season.
The former Nzema Kotoko, Accra Great Olympics, Karela United, Techiman Eleven Wonders and New Edubiase United head coach, has been handed the responsibility of guiding African Stars to glory next season after their glorious campaign last term.
African Stars, dominated the Namibian championship last season, winning the top-flight title by a distance after losing just one game in the 30 matches they played.
Prince George Koffie, also known as “Mastermind”, will be expected to build on this success going forward as they seek to make an impact in Africa next season.
African Stars, have trusted the Ghanaian helmsman to lead their campaign, to retain their top-flight title and make a strong impact in Africa.
The draw for the African Champions League will be conducted later this month, the club will hope to have a favourable draw with the competition scheduled to start with the first preliminary round next month.
