EXCLUSIVE : Kotoko Offer Trial to Ugandan Striker  — No Deal Yet

Asante Kotoko SC have made an offer to free agent Samuel Ssenyonjo, a highly-rated Ugandan forward who recently concluded a prolific season with 12 goals in 24 appearances in the Ugandan Premier League.

The Porcupine Warriors are reportedly interested in assessing the striker through trials before making any commitment to sign him.

However, Ssenyonjo’s camp is pushing for a direct contract without undergoing trials — a stance that has stalled progress in negotiations.

At this stage, there is no deal in place, but sources say talks could resume if either party softens their stance.
