GHALCA Engages Sports Minister Kofi Adams on President's Cup and Top Four Tournament Preparations

The Ghana League Clubs Association (GHALCA), led by its President Mr. John Ansah, held productive talks today, May 19, 2025, with the Minister for Sports and Recreation, Hon. Kofi Adams, on the ongoing preparations for the upcoming President's Cup and the Top Four Tournament—two key events on GHALCA’s football calendar.

The high-level meeting served as a platform to update the Minister on the progress made so far regarding the planning and execution of the two competitions.

Following the discussions, both parties reached a consensus to finalize the dates, venues, and participating clubs, affirming their joint commitment to deliver a successful President’s Cup and Top Four Tournament.

Also present at the meeting from the Ministry were the Chief Director, Mr. William Kartey; Head of Public Relations, Mr. Kenneth Annang; Administrative Assistant to the Minister, Mr. Wonder Mandel; and Assistant Public Relations Officer, Mr. Solomon Kusi Tetteh.

Joining the GHALCA President were Vice Chairperson Miss Phyllis Marku Moncar and Administrative Manager Mr. Oduro Nyarko.
