Karela United Held to 1-1 Draw by Basake Holy Stars in Tamale

Karela United were held to a 1-1 draw by visiting Basake Holy Stars at the Aliu Mahama Sports Stadium on Sunday, March 9, 2025.

Alhassan Adamu continued his fine form, scoring his third goal in two matches to give the Pride and Passion an early lead just five minutes into the game. The hosts maintained their narrow advantage heading into halftime.

Basake Holy Stars were awarded a penalty in the second half, and substitute Bismark Teye stepped up to convert the equalizer for the visitors.
