Kelvin Nkrumah Sets Bold Targets for 2025/26 Season — Eyes Double Figures and a Move Abroad
Medeama SC’s in-form winger, Kelvin Nkrumah, has set his sights on an outstanding 2025/26 Ghana Premier League campaign, revealing his ambition to hit at least seven goals, ten or more assists, and secure a move to Europe by the end of the season.
Speaking at the club’s pre-match press conference on Thursday, October 23, ahead of Medeama’s Week 7 clash with Swedru All Blacks, Kelvin expressed his hunger and determination to keep improving and help his side stay at the top of the table.
> “This season, I’ve set clear personal goals — I want to score at least seven goals, provide ten or more assists, and hopefully land a move to Europe,” he said. “I believe in discipline and working hard for the team, and if we all stay focused, the results will speak for themselves.”
The lively winger has already made a strong impression this season. He provided a crucial assist for Emmanuel Owusu’s 81st-minute goal in Medeama’s 4-0 victory over Vision FC in Week 2 — a performance that earned him the NASCO Man of the Match award.
Known for his blistering pace, creativity, and attacking flair, Kelvin has become an integral part of Coach Ibrahim Tanko’s tactical setup as the Mauve and Yellows continue their push to maintain top spot in the league.
Currently sitting at the summit of the table with 13 points, Medeama will host newly promoted Swedru All Blacks at the TnA Stadium on Sunday, October 26, 2025, with kickoff at 3:00 PM.
The fixture marks Medeama’s fourth straight home game, and the 2022/23 Ghana Premier League champions will be eager to wrap up the run with another dominant performance before hitting the road to face Hohoe United in Week 8.
