OFFICIAL: ES Sétif Snap Up Ghanaian Midfielder Mudasiru Salifu from FC Mash’al Mubarek

Algerian giants ES Sétif have officially completed the signing of Ghanaian midfielder Mudasiru Salifu from Uzbek outfit FC Mash’al Mubarek.

The 28-year-old brings a wealth of experience to the North African side, having featured for several clubs across different continents. Salifu is well known in Ghana for his time with Asante Kotoko, where he established himself as a dependable presence in midfield. His performances earned him moves abroad, including a stint with Sheriff Tiraspol in Moldova, as well as spells in Saudi Arabia with Al-Batin and Al-Bukiryah.

The transfer marks a new chapter for the Ghanaian, who is expected to play a key role in ES Sétif’s domestic and continental ambitions this season.

Salifu’s move is seen as a major boost to the Algerian side's midfield options, as they aim to return to the summit of African football.
