OFFICIAL: FC Ashantigold 04 Handed Five Home Match Ban

FC Ashantigold 04 have been handed a five-match home ban and fined GHS 30,000.00 following a disciplinary ruling.

The club was found guilty of failing to ensure the safety of match officials during their 0-0 home draw against Rospak Sporting Club. According to the decision, the security arrangements at the venue were deemed inadequate, exposing match officials to risk.

As a result, FC Ashantigold 04 will be required to play their next five home matches away from their designated home ground, in addition to paying the imposed fine.

The ruling serves as a reminder to clubs of their responsibility to provide adequate security and guarantee the safety of all match officials before, during, and after matches.
