Asante Kotoko IMC Terminates Samuel Tenedu’s Contract, Midfielder Becomes Free Agent

Asante Kotoko Sporting Club’s Interim Management Committee (IMC) has officially terminated the contract of midfielder Samuel Tenedu with immediate effect, bringing his time at the club to an end.

The decision means Tenedu is now a free agent, free to explore new opportunities with other clubs. Although details surrounding the termination were not extensively disclosed, the move forms part of the IMC’s ongoing restructuring efforts aimed at strengthening the club ahead of upcoming competitions.

Samuel Tenedu joined the Porcupine Warriors with expectations of making a strong impact in midfield. However, his stay at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium has now been cut short as the club continues to make key administrative and sporting decisions.
