EXCLUSIVE: Asante Kotoko Eye Rudolf Mensah Ahead of Second Registration Window

Asante Kotoko have pencilled in Swedru All Blacks forward Rudolf Mensah as one of their key targets for the upcoming second registration window as head coach Abdul Karim Zito looks to sharpen his attacking options for the second half of the season.

The Porcupine Warriors are believed to be impressed with Mensah’s pace, directness and ability to operate across the front line. His performances in the Division One League have caught the attention of several top-flight sides, but Kotoko appear determined to take the lead in the chase.

According to club insiders, club-to-club negotiations are expected to begin soon, with Kotoko hopeful of reaching an agreement early to allow the forward enough time to blend into the squad before the resumption of league action.
