Official: Al Ahli Wad Madani Sign Goalkeeper Kofi Mensah on Two-Year Deal
Sudanese Premier League outfit Al Ahli Wad Madani Sports Club have officially completed the signing of Ghanaian goalkeeper Kofi Mensah on a two-year contract.
The experienced shot-stopper joins the Sudanese side after parting ways with Nations Football Club, where he played a key role in their domestic and continental campaigns. His move marks a fresh chapter in his career, bringing his talents to the competitive Sudanese top flight.
Kofi Mensah is expected to bolster Al Ahli Wad Madani’s goalkeeping department ahead of the new season, as the club aims to improve its standing in the league.
The 29-year-old goalkeeper brings a wealth of experience, having previously featured for several Ghana Premier League sides, including Ebusua Dwarfs and Karela United, before his spell with Medeama.
Al Ahli Wad Madani expressed confidence in Mensah’s abilities and believe his addition will bring stability and leadership at the back.
