FC Samartex Ladies Secure Historic Qualification to Malta Guinness WPL

FC Samartex Ladies have made history by becoming the second club from the Western Region to qualify for the prestigious Malta Guinness Women’s Premier League (WPL), joining regional giants Hasaacas Ladies Football Club.

The team sealed their spot in the top-flight league after a brilliant run of performances and are now set to test their mettle among Ghana’s elite women’s football clubs. Alongside Samartex Ladies, Oaks FC have also booked their qualification, marking a significant moment in this season’s competition.

Despite playing Essiam Socrates this afternoon in their Matchday 4 fixture, FC Samartex Ladies have already achieved their qualification goal, making today’s game an opportunity to finish their campaign on a high note.
