JUST IN: Al Ahly Benghazi Finally Settle Albert Amoah Transfer Fee

Al Ahly Benghazi have now completed the outstanding payment owed to Asante Kotoko for the transfer of striker Albert Amoah, bringing closure to a deal that was concluded late last year but had been affected by delays.

Albert Amoah made the switch from Asante Kotoko to the Libyan side towards the end of last year, however, the transfer fee was not immediately settled in full, leading to a prolonged wait before the financial aspect of the agreement was finalized. The recent payment confirms that all obligations related to the move have now been honoured.

The development brings relief to Asante Kotoko, who can now officially close the chapter on the transfer and redirect focus to their sporting and financial plans. For Al Ahly Benghazi, the settlement removes any administrative concerns surrounding the deal as they continue their campaign with Amoah already part of their squad.

Amoah, who left Kotoko after showing flashes of his quality in attack, has since been focused on establishing himself at Al Ahly Benghazi, where he is aiming to make a strong impact.

With the fee issue resolved, both clubs can now move forward without any pending matters related to the transfer.
