TNMA Convenes Stakeholders’ Meeting on Future of TnA Stadium

The Tarkwa-Nsuaem Municipal Assembly (TNMA) is set to host a crucial stakeholders’ engagement meeting to deliberate on the management and future direction of the TnA Sports Stadium.

Scheduled for Thursday, June 12, 2025, at 2:00 pm at the Municipal Assembly's Conference Room in Ahwetieso, the meeting follows earlier discussions between the Hon. Western Regional Minister and the Assembly’s management. The Assembly believes broader consultation is necessary to finalize decisions regarding the stadium’s operations and long-term plans.

The engagement will bring together key stakeholders including:

All members of the TnA Management Committee (TNMA-Tarkwa)

The CEO of Medeama SC

A representative of Nananom from the Wassa Fiase Traditional Council

The Regional and District Commanders of the Ghana Police Service, Tarkwa

A representative from the Tarkwa Football Association

All Heads of Department within TNMA-Tarkwa

The meeting is being coordinated by Alhaji Boffour Ahmed Haruna, the Municipal Coordinating Director, on behalf of the Hon. Municipal Chief Executive.

Stakeholders are expected to contribute ideas and share insights as the Assembly works toward a unified and sustainable strategy for managing the TnA Sports Stadium.
